[OPLINLIST] No-shows at programs

We also use Evanced for registration. The reminders are helpful, and patrons sometimes cancel themselves. Evanced automatically moves the next person from the waitlist into the program and emails or texts them. Often the cancellations come in too late, though, and those on the waitlist have made other plans.

Has anyone tried iCalendar attachments? Did they make any difference in attendance? Those are the links that let you add the event to whatever online calendar you use. They're commonly included in Zoom invites. There doesn't seem to be a way to include them in the confirmation email that's automatically sent through Evanced, so I'm wondering if it would be worth the effort to send an additional email with them.
