[OPLINLIST] Resolved: OPLIN SMS Gateway Messages On Hold

Good morning,

We received confirmation that the SMS blockage on Monday was indeed caused
by an upstream carrier's spam filter.

We're processing paperwork with the carrier to elevate the status of the
OPLIN gateway's sending number. This will allow higher message volume in
general, and faster resolution in the cases of false positives.
Additionally, new alerting has been built into the OPLIN service to
identify events like this as quickly as possible going forward.
