[OPLINLIST] direct mail marketing

Our library is trying to be approved for nonprofit pricing for direct mail with the USPS. We are struggling to find documentation that they are requesting.

A complete copy of your organizations formative papers, such as the Articles of Incorporation, -Charter, Constitution, or Trust Indenture, which states the primary purpose of the organization.

​I have sent a couple of documents and they repeatedly just reply with the need for the above-mentioned items. If you have this status, what did you submit?
