[OPLINLIST] Access issues with Fold3 resolved

As many of you know, there were recent issues with accessing Fold3.  It
appears that those issues have been resolved.

If you are still experiencing problems, try clearing cache and cookies
before accessing again.  If you have problems after that, please let us
know at support at oplin.org or via the chat link at https://support.oplin.org.
