[OPLINLIST] scheduling options

We are looking at different options for scheduling our staff, we have under 20.
The primary function we are interested in is staff being able to view schedule and changes in real time from their device of choice.
If you subscribe to something I'd love to hear what functions you love. If you use something free or simple like google docs, I'd like to hear how you are using it.
