[OPLINLIST] Adventures in E-Newsletters & the Canva Blues

Hello, all!

I'm sure it isn't news to any of us that Facebook is unreliable in
delivering posts to patrons in a timely manner. To combat this, I'd like to
be able to deliver news to my patrons directly! Any recommendations on
e-newsletter hosting sites/programs are appreciated, as well as any tips,
tricks, or things to know in regards to e-newsletters. I'm interested in
hearing about what your experience is with distributing e-newsletters and
if they've had an impact on your patrons!

What has your experience been working with Canva within the past few
months? I've hardly been able to work with it due to issues loading
elements and sometimes entire designs. :( For those who do not use Canva
for image/flyer/social media designs, what do you use instead?
