[OPLINLIST] Job Description

Hi Everyone,
I am looking for a job description for a Facility/Maintenance Manager.
My current job description is generic in the scope of duties.
The position is full time and encompasses all interior needs as well as all exterior.
The few local libraries that I have spoken to about the position have only part time and more like a custodian position.
