Good evening E-Rate Community,

I want to make you aware of a current issue with EPC, the E-Rate portal.
When clicking on most shortcut options in the upper right corner of the
Landing Page, such as the "Form 470", we're getting the error message "The
Requested Action is Not Available". USAC acknowledged this is a known issue
and is working on a fix.

However, if you need to file a Form 470, click your billed entity name
under "My Entities" on the Landing Page, then select "FCC Forms" from the
menu options. You'll see the option to "Create FCC Form 470" in the
upper-right corner of the page. We're not seeing the error message here,
allowing you to complete the application.

I'll let you know when the issue is resolved.
