[OPLINLIST] Request for Policy on Asset Disposition

Hi all -

My name is Kristi Keefer and I am the new CFO for Defiance Public Library
Systems.
I am reaching out to ask if anyone would be willing to share their policy /
procedures on asset disposition.  I was advised of some monetary thresholds
such as the following, but wondering if anyone would share procedures /
policies that are working for them.
