[OPLINLIST] Request for Policies on Digital Library Cards

Hello all,

I’m reaching out to ask if anyone would be willing to share their policy
and/or procedures regarding digital library cards. We’ve recently noticed
some misuse—specifically, individuals holding multiple active digital
cards—and we’re curious to know if others have encountered similar issues.

In particular, we’re seeing cases where users are creating multiple Hoopla
accounts using different digital library cards and reaching the borrowing
limit on each.

If you've experienced anything similar, how have you addressed it?
