[OPLINLIST] Policy on Displays for Staff

I'm curious if your library has an internal policy for staff to follow for placing materials on display - whether it's library-owned materials, or brochures/fliers for other organizations, or both. If so, and you are able to send me that policy, give me feedback, opinions, etc., I would be very grateful!
