[OPLINLIST] Travel Consideration for Weather - Staff Policy

Hello!

Can you tell I'm on a policy-updating kick? 🙂

I'm wondering if your library has a policy that provides any sort of leeway regarding staff attendance when there is inclement weather... any sort of formal policy or informal flexibility in scheduling? A certain number of hours they are allotted per year to use as a type of 'leave' when inclement weather strikes, yet the library does not close to the public? Do staff who do not report to work during inclement weather (due to travel, childcare, etc.) just use vacation or holiday time?
