[OPLINLIST] Puzzle Exchange

Our Library does a Puzzle Exchange in January. It is very easy. We do
"Leave one, take one." However, people will bring in four or five puzzles
and only take one. By the end of the month we have more than what we
started with. By that time we tell people to just take as much as they
want. Our front desk staff keeps count of how many people use this passive
program.
