We have one the first Friday and Saturday of each month. We put out a sign
in list asking them to put down how many they bring in and how many they
take out. This gives us a way of finding out what is coming in and out. We
also tell them even if you don't have any puzzles stop in and pick up some
anyways. We also have a small amount in our die cut room that they can come
get during the month for those who can't make it on the assigned day. We
ask them also to not bring any that are missing pieces.
