[OPLINLIST] new spine label printer

I have been using these printers from Bayscan for spine labels since 2006,
so at a few different jobs.  

 

These are thermal transfer printers, you have to buy the film and the
labels.  The labels and film come on rolls.  In the past we had a two piece
label, one for the card pocket in a book and one for the spine. Here we only
do the spine label.

 

We love these printers. 

 

My current library is a member of SEO so the setup was done by SEO support.
I think we have had these since before COVID.

Hi folks, are labels are fading faster than ever, we are looking at
purchasing a new printer, if you have something fairly new and your spine
labels look great months after printing, I'd love to hear what you are
using.
