Network Services Customer Update - December 5, 2003
Scheduled Maintenance:
Tuesday, December 30, 3:00 - 6:00 a.m.
ITSD network engineers will test the State of Ohio's Internet redundancy
and failover capability by manually introducing network faults at selected
points. Customer may experience intermittent loss of Internet connectivity
during the maintenance window.
Completed Maintenance:
Tuesday, December 2, 3:00 - 6:00 a.m.
ITSD network engineers turned up BGP routing on the TWTC OC12 (secondary
Internet connection). Successfully tested the redundancy and failover
capability between the TWTC OC48 (primary Internet connection at SOCC) and
the TWTC OC12 (secondary Internet connection at Rhodes).
