ITSD Network Services Customer Update - April 27, 2004


Emergency Scheduled Maintenance:

Time Warner Telecommunications will be performing emergency maintenance on
the router that provides Internet connectivity to the State of Ohio at the
State of Ohio Computer Center.  The maintenance is scheduled for Wednesday,
April 28 from 12:00am until 3:00am.  ITSD network engineers are planning to
move the State of Ohio's Internet connection to the Rhodes State Office
Tower prior to the maintenance.  Once the maintenance is complete, the
Internet connection will be moved back to the State of Ohio Computer
Center.  There may be a momentary outage during both failovers.
