[OPLINTECH] USB Control Key for PC's

I had this idea when I saw the article on this product and I thought I would
pass it along. 

Although they don't specifically say that it can be used for it, this could
be a good way to unlock/lock content on PC's if the Ohio Filtering law is
passed. 

I envision the possibility a librarian could just plug this USB key into a
workstation if a patron wants additional access.
