[OPLINTECH] Gates PC Support

Folks: The message below was posted to OPLINLIst yesterday.    While it is
true that the Gates Foundation Folks are not servicing Ohio any longer,
OPLIN agreed to pick up support for Gates PCs some time ago.   Questions
like the ones in this message can go directly to support at oplin.org.

We have a computer that came from the Gates Foundation
that is in need of repair.  When I called for tech support, I=20
was told that they are not servicing Ohio any longer.
 
The message we receive on the screen says:
 
Windows NT could not start because the following file
is missing or corrupt:
 
\WINNT\SYSTEM32\CONFIG\SYSTEMHardware Profile/
Last Known Good Menue
 
You can attempt to repair this file by starting windows
NT Setup using the original set up floppy disk or CD-
Rom select 'r' at the first screen to start repair
 
Can someone help?  We do not have the disk being ask=20
for or we don't know what it is.  We are on US Cargo if
anyone has a disk they could loan us.  Any help or instructions will be =
much appreciated.
