[OPLINTECH] One wish?

[Mann, James H.]

Using technology as the basis, if you had one wish what would you add
for better patron service? I'm thinking about things like downloadable
audio books, a website like Westerville with ecommerce options, a mobile
computer lab, wireless....
If time and money were no object what one thing would you add?
