[OPLINTECH] One wish?

When we upgraded several machines in-house with new motherboards, hard
drives, including integrated updated audio, video, and LAN components,
there was almost no recognition of the upgraded configuration by the average
patron.  But when a newer style tower case was used at one station, the
favorable comments were immediate... even though the machine was a lower
horsepower temporary replacement.  By this reasoning, new cases and probably
black LCD monitors should be your upgrade choices.

Using technology as the basis, if you had one wish what would you add for
better patron service? I'm thinking about things like downloadable audio
books, a website like Westerville with ecommerce options, a mobile computer
lab, wireless....
If time and money were no object what one thing would you add?
