[OPLINTECH] OPLIN Support Center revised hours

Attention Ohio Public Libraries:
Some of you may be aware that the OPLIN Support Center is in the midst
of a staffing transition. This transition, combined with potential
changes in the upcoming OPLIN budget, has caused us to reevaluate our
staffing needs, and we expect to be short-handed for a period of time.
Therefore, we are temporarily suspending OPLIN Support Center evening
hours, effective Monday, January 10th.
The Support Center will be staffed and calls will be answered from 8
a.m. to 5 p.m. Beginning at 5 p.m., support will be provided for
network outages only. For network outages, you can still call
1-888-96-OPLIN and be forwarded to DAS Network Operations. E-mail and
OPLIN Self Service ( <http://support.oplin.org/>
http://support.oplin.org) are still available to you 24 hours a day. We
will continue to process and follow up on these requests during regular
business hours.
