[OPLINTECH] Reverse DNS Entry

Hello,
 
We are running a public e-mail server and require a reverse DNS entry (ptr
record) in order to send e-mails to AOL.  It appears that we need this entry
to be set by the owner of the IP address range (Oplin).  The IP address in
question is 66.213.68.6.
