Office of Information Technology Customer Update - September 9, 2005
Scheduled Maintenance:
When: Every Tuesday
Time: 3:00 AM to 6:00 AM.
No maintenance has been scheduled at this time.
Completed Maintenance:
September 6 - OIT network engineers turned up a new router at the West
Fifth Ave location to accommodate Disaster Recovery requirements.
Monthly Firewall Maintenance:
When: Third Tuesday of every Month
Next Scheduled Maintenance: September 20, 2005
Time: 3:00 AM to 6:00 AM.
The Network Security Group will be performing firewall maintenance. Less
than three minute outages are expected during the maintenance window.
Please contact the Ohio Customer Service and Security Center (formerly
the Network Operations Center) at 614-644-0701 if you have any questions
or concerns.
EPO Testing at the State of Ohio Computer Center:
EPO testing has been scheduled at the State of Ohio Computer Center for
Sunday, September 18, 2005 from approximately 5:00pm until 9:00pm.
Please contact the OCSSC if you have any questions regarding the outage.

This work will result in a loss of connectivity to all OIT/SDD
Enterprise Shared Services and Business Support Services resources at
this location.
