Office of Information Technology Customer Update - September 30, 2005

Scheduled Maintenance:

When: Every Tuesday

Time: 3:00 AM to 6:00 AM.

October 4, 11, 18, 25, November 1, 8, 15, 22 - OIT engineers will be
migrating customers to the new Columbus Core Network.  These moves will
be coordinated with the customers by their customer engineers.  Please
contact the OCSSC if you have any questions. 

Completed Maintenance:

September 27 - OIT engineers changed a port configuration parameter on
our Internet Border routers ISPSOC and ISPRHO.  

September 27 - OIT engineers made Access Control List changes on our
Internet Border routers ISPSOC and ISPRHO.

September 27 - OIT engineers performed maintenance on the Alcatel
located at the State of Ohio Computer Center.

Monthly Firewall Maintenance:

When: Third Tuesday of every Month

Next Scheduled Maintenance: October 18, 2005

Time: 3:00 AM to 6:00 AM.

The Network Security Group will be performing firewall maintenance. Less
than three minute outages are expected during the maintenance window.
