[OPLINTECH] Exchange lic error

Hi all,
  I have a W2k server (PDC) that I am getting a licensing error for Exchange
(The product MSExchangeIS 6.4417 is out of licenses. ). The problem is that
I have never knowingly installed Exchange. I have tried Share Point services
on this server (which I later uninstalled). Does anyone have a suggestion to
get rid of this error?
