[OPLINTECH] Dell motherboard issues

Just an FYI for those with Dell Optiplex Small Form Factor computers. I
have had to replace four motherboards in the last two weeks. There seems
to be a problem with a brand of capacitor that was used on some of these
motherboards. If you have any, I would suggest you open them up and check
for bulging or blown capacitors.
