[OPLINTECH] Bookmobile connectivity

I would see if they will let you have one to test the route for 
connectivity. In my area we decided that it would be pretty pointless as 
the best speed we could get would be dial-up speeds (no hot spots in 
Darke County) and some dead zones with no signal at all. Just my 5 cents 
on it.
