Apologies for cross posting...
In case you missed my previous announcements about the Technology
Planning webinar, there is still room in all sessions.
Technology Planning is an important part of library planning, even if
your library is no longer required to keep a certified technology plan
on file for E-Rate services. Technology plans create the path your
library will travel towards technology success. They help see where
your library is headed in technology as well as how to evaluate in the
future if you're meeting your goals.
Libraries applying for Priority 2 services through E-Rate must have a
certified technology plan on file. Priority 2 services include internal
connections and basic maintenance.
Creating a Technology Plan can be a daunting task for a library of any
size. In my webinar I will break the basics down, step-by-step, and
discuss specific information required for E-Rate certification.
Each session is the same so you only need to register for one:
Tuesday, November 8, 2011 2:00pm-3:00pm
Wednesday, November 9, 2011, 10:00am-11:00am
