[OPLINTECH] 2011-11-07 Internet Disruption

All,

This morning from ~9:15 to ~11:00 some websites were inaccessible. This was caused by a peering problem with the TWT network, and was felt by a large number of people both inside and outside the OPLIN network. Though this had nothing to do with OPLIN, or any other state hardware, I felt it was worth throwing out there.
