[OPLINTECH] Boopsie library app

[Shelley Bylica]

Of the libraries who have implemented the Boopsie library app, could you
talk about how well this app worked for you? Would you recommend this as a
possibly lower cost alternative to a self-checkout station in a small-medium
sized library?
