[OPLINTECH] Network Slowness?

We run WSUS and it as very nice. Makes updating much quicker since it
syncronizes in the night there is no download during workstation updates.

If you have a slow network and need to run win updates you might consider
using WSUS offline.
On a new Win7 install WSUS offline picks up 48 of 60 updates.
You download it, build the update file, and run it from a thumb drive or I
copy it to c:/ HTH ________________________________________

Wellston had slowness most of the day also.
It seemed to perk up in the afternoon, but in downloading M$ patches, I did
think it slowed way down.

I attribute mine to some type of network appliance sending out garbage,
possibly soon to be ringing a death knell. I'm just trying to figure out
what it could be.
