[OPLINTECH] Got an unusual question

I would plug in a USB K/B to see what happens.
If it still alternates, I'd think a driver or some bit of s/w somewhere.
Might be some special macro that got downloaded.

It the USB K/B works okay I'd lean towards a h/w problem in the laptop.

Might be the K/B but probably a chip on the mother board.

I'm fairly sure the K/B is like an X/Y device.
IE: Power (or ground) goes on the X and back to Y depending on which key is pressed.
So would be hard to be a K/B problem
