[OPLINTECH] Technology Scope Statement

Hi all,

Do any of you happen to have an official statement of scope about what technology issues your staff will assist with? For example, "Library staff will assist with products the library provides such as eBooks and other downloadable/streaming services but not operating system errors on patron-owned devices, hardware issues on non-library computers, and other technology issues."

And as a follow-up, if you do have such a statement, what tips do you have for communicating that scope to the public?
