[OPLINTECH] Faronics Deep Freeze and Surface Pro 3 tablets

Hello,

Has anyone tried installing Faronics Deep Freeze on a Surface Pro 3 tablet?
After contacting Faronics support prior to doing the install to be sure we
would not create any issues, we have issues. The initial install and
subsequent testing showed that when we attempted to shut down the unit, it
would instead do a delayed restart. We reset the tablets to factory
defaults and returned  the build to the point where the deep freeze install
was the only thing left to do without any issue with shutting down. Prior
to doing the second install, we went through all power options and insured
they were all to set to do nothing  or never effect the machine. The
surface pro 3 tablets are running Windows 8.1 which we were assured would
be fine with Deep Freeze.
