[OPLINTECH] Overdrive and Windows 10

Hi Dan,

Do you happen to know if the patron is using the desktop app or the windows 8 app? Overdrive has an description of the differences here: http://help.overdrive.com/customer/en/portal/articles/2079743-how-does-overdrive-work-on-windows-10-

Also, do you know if there's a specific error message that's occurring? The desktop app often requires a DRM update to Windows Media Player.

We have a patron trying to set up the Overdrive app on Windows 10 and is having problems.  The documentation only references Windows 7.   Has any one had any success with this?
