[OPLINTECH] FYI Fix for Windows 10 Edge Browser Frozen with Windows Warning Error

Had a patron's personal laptop with “Windows Warning Error” on an Edge Tab, with 
no way to close.
Wanted her to call some number to fix the problem.

Basically to fix:

Use Task Manager to close Edge
Use the search bar "Cortana" and search for google.com
When Edge opens use "X" to close it again
Reopen normally and check history or bookmarks and delete the bad link
