[OPLINTECH] Print Manage Solutions for Public

Good Afternoon everyone,

I'm looking for suggestions and or solutions to print management for public
computers/copiers. We currently have a Konica Minolata C284 with a Jamex
Coin Machine Attached. When our members send something to print, they have
to come over and go to the user box settings, secure print, type in the
computer ID and the password associated for the computer, after they
deposit their money to print. If they don't print it after x amount of
time, the print job is automatically removed from the machine.

Are there other solutions that will "play" nicely with our system for
secure access and payment? We also use FortresGrand and CleanSlate to lock
down and reset the computers after every use. We have upgraded all the
computers to Windows 10 Pro as well.

We are trying to stay away from using library cards to add any kind of
money to or other prepay card system as well. Our CFO did not like that
option at all. So I'm wondering what other libraries use? Thanks.
