[OPLINTECH] WiFi Stats

Thanks for correcting me on where to go for WhoFi, Don...It's been too many
years since I last requested it for a library.

Also, in re-reading my comment, it could definitely be read as a WhoFi
snub! Not to denigrate WhoFi, I should have clarified what I meant by
"useful". I was thinking about technical network-level stats...bandwidth,
signal strength, interface statistics, etc...
