[OPLINTECH] G Suite legacy free edition

We have Google Workspace for Nonprofits. I had not received any notification of this going away so I chatted with someone at
Google about it. They said:

“As I can see you are having Non- Profit subscription, so this doesn't apply for you. This is only for the one who is having the G Suit Legacy subscription.”

Nick, I wonder if you could get a Google Workspace for Nonprofits account. There’re a link on the page below for requesting one. We got ours at least six years ago; I don’t know if anything has changed.

Hi Everyone,

We've been using the Google G Suite legacy free edition for several years but Google plans to discontinue this offer on July 1, 2022.

To continue with Google we would have to transfer to Google Workspace at $6 per user per month. I've looked at Microsoft 365, which offers a discount to nonprofits, but I'm not sure if we'd qualify. Has anybody had success obtaining these discounts as a public library?

Ultimately I'd like to know what you recommend as a replacement? How much does it cost?
