[OPLINTECH] G Suite legacy free edition

We currently are on Google Workspace for Nonprofits but our library does
have a 501c3 which I think at the time we joined (2013) was all we needed
for approval.

I do know of some small businesses / small orgs that are using legacy and
this is going to hit them hard.
