I think I found the answer in the SMTPSVC1 log on the server.  It looks like a NAT was missing in the firewall, so fingers crossed and we'll see what tomorrow brings.

I am trying to do some testing on a mail server and would like to find a good free SMTP checker with verbose reporting to help me isolate some issues that happening.  Since we received a new firewall, I have a good hunch something is not whitelisted that should be or something is not open that should be.  I can Google and find a bunch of results, but was hoping someone could recommend one that they have used that they felt was safe - free is best.
