[OPLINTECH] Filtering

Tyson,

I concur with Chad.  OPLIN's Cisco Umbrella has kept us in CIPA compliance
for years.

There are also good instructions on how to bypass the restriction at a
patron's request.  It may take some training for the front line staff for
them to be proficient at it.  There have been very few instances of patrons
requesting it in the last five years.
