[OPLINTECH] Catalog kiosk

We've been using the Raspberry Pi computers for catalog kiosks for several
years.
We use the PiOS w/desktop image, with the X11 windows manager. Create a
user and restrict their access. Set up Chromium using policies to lock it
down. And use a few scripts to manage inactivity and launch Chromium.
My documentation isn't the best and is a bit old, but you're welcome to it.
