[OPLINTECH] Incident Tracking Tools

Hi Everyone -

I apologize for any cross-posting.

We are currently evaluating incident tracking tools and would appreciate feedback from anyone who currently uses-or has previously used-PITS or OrangeBoy Savannah.

If you have experience with either platform, could you share what you like and dislike about it? If your organization moved away from one of these tools, what factors influenced that decision, and what solution did you choose instead?

Any insights, lessons learned, or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
