[oplinwebkits] Brief outage yesterday

Just a followup for those libraries who contacted OPLIN Support yesterday:

Yesterday afternoon, before 4 pm, approximately 1/3 of the Dynamic 
Website Kits experienced a short outage (around 30 minutes or so). The 
processor fan on one of the servers went out, and the server 
automatically shut down in order to prevent the processor from 
overheating.  The fan was replaced, and everything came back up.
