[oplinwebkits] Notice of Webkit Contract renewal

Happy Fiscal New Year to all who celebrate!

Each Webkit contract contains this clause:

This Agreement may be renewed by the mutual agreement of the parties for
additional consecutive terms of one year each, pursuant to a written
amendment to this Agreement no later than the termination date of the
current term.


Due to the nature of state billing, libraries won't receive their
individualized copies of this amendment until July (along with the invoice
for 12 months maintenance), but the text of that amendment is attached.
There are no pricing changes from the previous 12 months.
