[oplinwebkits] Issues this morning with sites loading

Hello all,

We've noticed some lag in Webkit sites loading this morning. The problem
does not appear to be universal, or to affect all users; we're currently
looking into it, and will send out another notice once we know more and/or
the problem is resolved. Thanks for your patience!
