Required Monthly In Transit Report

The List of Intransit Items [More Than 21 Days] by Item Library Report has been delivered to your WorkFlows logins and can be viewed in Finished Reports.

The report is best viewed using Excel. Instructions on viewing reports in Excel can be view here<https://support.servingeveryohioan.org/support/solutions/articles/69000197561-viewing-reports-in-microsoft-excel>.


  *   Please check your shelves for these items. Check in any items found.
  *   If not found, contact the library the item is in transit to/from to see if the item is on their shelves.

If the item has been in transit for over 30 days, SEO recommends submitting a claim with Priority Dispatch. To file a claim:

  *   Go to the  Statewide Delivery Customer Service<https://library.ohio.gov/services-for-libraries/statewide-delivery/statewide-delivery-customer-service/> form webpage.
  *   Select "Lost or damaged item claim"
  *   Download and complete the Priority Library Claim form<https://library.ohio.gov/documents/priority-library-claim-form/> (PDF)
  *   Save the completed file.
  *   Attach the saved file to the Statewide Delivery Customer Service form.
  *   Complete the webform and submit.
  *   After submitting your claim forms, please check the item out to your XYZMISSING user, where XYZ is your library code.


Damaged Items

If your item is returned damaged, please complete a claim with Priority Dispatch. If another library's item is received damaged, check the item out to the DAMAGED user with a note about the damage.

To file a claim:

  *   Go to the  Statewide Delivery Customer Service<https://library.ohio.gov/services-for-libraries/statewide-delivery/statewide-delivery-customer-service/> form webpage.
  *   Select "Lost or damaged item claim"
  *   Download and complete the Priority Library Claim form<https://library.ohio.gov/documents/priority-library-claim-form/> (PDF)
  *   Save the completed file.
  *   Attach the saved file to the Statewide Delivery Customer Service form.
  *   Complete the webform and submit.
  *   After completing the form, check the item out to your XYZMENDING or XYZDISCARD user, where XYZ is your library code.

Claims for library items must be reported to Priority Dispatch immediately upon discovery by the claimant, but in no event more than 30 days after occurrence
