As luck would have it the phone lines at SEO are currently down. Frontier has been notified of the outage and we hope to have resolution soon. I will post to this thread as soon as we receive an update.

Greetings,

In support of the new directive from Governor DeWine that State employees continue to operate under existing teleworking arrangements for the foreseeable future, all State Library and SEO Service Center employees will be teleworking until further notice. We have made a few adjustments to the SEO phone system that will be available Monday, May 4, if you need to speak with support staff.

Support Hours:

  *   Monday – Friday 8 am to 5 pm
  *   Saturday and Sunday closed – For any system issue outside of regular business hours, call 1-877-552-4262, and choose option 5 to be directed to John Stewart

     *   For Symphony ILS support - option 1
     *   For Enterprise, SEO Libraries App and IT support - option 2
     *   For billing and account questions - option 3
     *   For Cataloging and Serials support - option 4

     *   To speak with the Library Customer Services Manager, Jay Miley - option 6
